Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is only available to guests who book a weeknight say at MAX Apartments.
• Only direct bookings qualify for the offer. Bookings through 3^rd party platforms such as Booking.com, AirBnb, etc do not qualify.
• Vouchers are only valid Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, in the week of your booking.
• Vouchers are limited to 1 per guest registered to the room for bookings of 4 Nights or less, and to 2 per person for bookings of 5 Nights or more.
• This offer is subject to availability and current COVID capacity restrictions as mandated by government for your chosen day and time. Space will be issued on a First Come, First Served basis and may vary during the day.
• Vouchers may be requested from MAX Apartments Reception from 2 days prior to check in until your time of checkout. Once you vacate the premises you are no longer entitled to request the voucher.
• The voucher includes access to MAX Offices Business Lounge desks on the ground floor and unlimited Wi-Fi for the day. Additional charges may apply for guests to access selected amenities such as Meeting Rooms, Business Services or MAX Café supplies.
• Use of Meeting Rooms requires a separate booking to be confirmed and paid for prior to arrival to ensure there is capacity.
• Should you wish to make a tentative booking with MAX Offices please contact their reception by email reception@maxoffices.co.za with your MAX Apartments booking confirmation to request space for your chosen dates until you receive your voucher.
• Should you redeem a voucher and cancel your booking with MAX Apartments you will not be entitled to a refund for the night’s accommodation.
• All MAX Offices visitors and customers must familiarise themselves with the MAX Offices House Rules prior to arrival and ensure they adhere to them at all times when on the properly. A copy of the latest house rules can be obtained on the MAX Offices Website or from their Reception.
